LeBron James go for a deal of $154m with LA Lakers

Four-time NBA MVP LeBron James has left his hometown team the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Los Angeles
Lakers on a four-year, $153.3 million contract.
The move was announced by his agency Klutch Sports Group on Twitter.

 
LeBron is leaving the Cavaliers for the second time, the first in 2010 for Miami Heat where he won championships in both 2012 and 2013, before returning to Cleveland in 2014. 

LeBron has had a phenomenal career with the Cavaliers, helping them win the championship in 2016. He thanked the city on his Instagram, writing: “Thank you Northeast Ohio for an incredible 4 seasons. This will always be home.” Many stars have reacted to the news, including Chrissy Teigen, Kobe Byrant, and Chris Rock.
